Our home is located in the small, rural town of Cheyenne Wels, Colorado and can host up to 38 elders. As a leading provider of care, our team takes great pride in offering the best care, nutritional dining experiences, enrichment activities and accommodations in Eastern Colorado. Cheyenne Manor is dedicted to person-directed care and honoring the unique wishes of the individual. 

We are dedicated to serving the needs of our residents each and every day. Cheyenne Manor has been in business since 1978 and was established as a Special District within Cheyenne County. The Special District receives funding from local tax revenue, private pay residents and Medicaid.

We have an excellent reputation as a Five Star facility based on exceptional performance in staffing, quality, and health inspections.
